A challenging 13 mile trail run through the wonderful Cothi valley, raising money for loacal good causes.
There is also a 6 mile 'fun run' for those who think that 13 miles is too far. (Entries are open for that, but under a different 'event')
Both races featuring the now infamous 'Tourettes hill', it has to be seen to be believed!
Childrens races will start from 10:15am for the under 5's, with a trail 1 mile race for 5 - 15 year olds starting at 10:30am.
The event will start and finish at the event HQ in Pumsaint village hall (SA19 8UW), with ample parking available.
All profits from this event will be donated to charity. No refunds can be made if you cannot attend the event.
