Girls Age Groups - Under 12's, 14's and 16's

Mixed Age Groups – Under 8’s, 11’s, 12’s and 16’s

Format

Under 6’s 4 a side maximum squad of 6
Under 8’s 5 a side maximum squad of 8
Under 10’s 5 a side maximum squad of 8
Under 11’s & 12’s 5 a side maximum squad of 8
Under 14’s 5 a side maximum squad of 8
Under 16’s 5 a side maximum squad of 8

Under 6's, 8’s, 10’s & 11’s are non-competitive as per FAW rules.
Under 12’s, 14’s & 16’s are competitive as per FAW rules and group finals will be played on the day.

9.15am registration for 10.00am start.

All Coaches/Managers must report to Match Control on arrival.
The fixtures for groups, rules etc will be given to team managers once all teams are registered.

Comet ID

All coaches/volunteers involved with a team at the festival must have a valid COMET ID. The organisers reserve the right to require coaches/volunteers to show their COMET ID. Any coach/volunteer unable to show a valid COMET ID will be regarded as not having a COMET ID and the coach/volunteer will not be permitted to continue to be involved with his or her team or any other team at the festival.

** Strictly No dogs are permitted in the fields, except for guide dogs or assistance dogs
** There will be no alcohol permitted at the event

Cost

Under 6's £25.00 per team entered.
All other age groups £30.00 per team entered.

Changing Facilities

On site / school Rugby field changing rooms.

Parking

Town car parks are available along with Aberaeron Leisure Centre / Comprehensive School (SA46 0DT) and Ceredigion County Council offices (SA46 0PA).

Catering

Food and Drinks will be available to purchase on site at reasonable prices.

Security

Entrance to the school rugby field will be through the gate facing the public car park (fire station), along with the top gate next to the public toilets (seafront).

Entrance to Square Field will be available through the gate opposite the Black Lion.

All children will be the responsibility of the individual parents / guardians etc.

Photographs

Photos will be taken and displayed on the Aberaeron Football Club and photographers website / social media pages.

Entries

Entries will be on a first come first served basis. Closing date will be Friday 16th April 2027.

Any withdrawals after the closing date has passed will not be refunded.

ALL ENTRIES ARE STRICTLY FOR CLUB TEAMS ONLY, NO ACADEMIES OR SELECT TEAMS.
